Atlantic Development Corp is certified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In accordance with EPA regulations, a Lead-Safe Certified Firm must distribute EPA's lead pamphlet to the owner before renovation begins, and the firm must assign their Certified Renovator the task of overseeing the work as well as directing cleanup after the work is done.
